Pasi ka kaluar vite në pritje dyerve të Hipotekës, a më mirë të thuash, pasi është rropatur deri dhe në Tiranë te drejtori i madh(Artan Lame), gjithsesi pa dhënë ndonjë ryshfet dhe pa i kërkuar kush gjë, Zërdelia(ç’emër fantastik) nga Lukova morri më në fund çertifikatën e pronësisë të një banese ku jeton që nga viti 1991, ndërtuar me vetë duart e saj.
I kishte në të humbura shpresat, aty ku vërtet luhet me shpresën(si e fundit që vdes) e njerëzve, por ja, më në fund mund t’i gëzohet atij dokumenti për të cilin i kishte ardhur në majë të hundës me shtetin.
